My games

On this page you will find all of the games that I have created. My games are created using a program called Game Maker. I first began using Game Maker in 2003, but didn't get really serious about it until the year after. It's an excellent program, and I highly suggest it for anyone interested in making games. Additionally, all of my games include the source, so feel free to take a peak at the code. Hopefully you'll learn something!

All of my games are free, but if you enjoy them and would like to donate some money (any amount is fine), here's a magical button which, upon clicking, will enable you to send your money to me!

vim

vim is a life simulator/sandbox type game. There are a number of different objects to play around with, all of which effect each other in different ways. There are hundreds of possibilities and consequences. It also reflects my outlook on the human race. How you interpret that is up to you.

Xochitl

Xochitl is an original arcade game that I made for a competition (and placed second in). The goal is to water flowers before you're attacked by bugs. Simple enough, right? Nope. The game can get incredibly hard. This game was chosen as a staff pick on the official Game Maker website, YoYoGames.

A Day in the Life of Bob

A Day in the Life of Bob is without a doubt my most popular game. Inspired by the Flash game, StickRPG and the older, Jones in the Fast Lane, the game allows you to lead an alternate life in which anything is possible. Well, not anything, but you can buy a house and get a job and work on Mars. One of the first games I created with Game Maker!

Absolute Zero

Absolute Zero is a fast-paced platform game with a graphic style inspired by the Flash game, N. It's probably my least popular game, but no one seems to necessarily dislike it. I guess the gameplay is rather uninspired, but it's worth a download.

Miner!

Miner! is the oldest game I've made with Game Maker that is available for download. I learned a lot by making this game, but don't get the wrong idea- based on how it was received, people seem to think it's very fun. I myself haven't played it in years, but if you enjoy platform games, I highly suggest this. Plenty of levels. Endless fun.

Gyroscope

Gyroscope is a platformer with a twist- you're allowed to walk on walls and ceilings! This game is more of a puzzle than an action game, and it includes a great number of unlockables. Worth a try, no doubt.
